For chronic snoozers · launching soon on iPhone

The alarm you can't snooze.

When Waiker rings, the only off-switch is you — on your feet, doing squats while your camera counts each rep, entirely on-device. By rep ten, you're not sleepy anymore.

How it works

The morning, choreographed.

Four beats. Zero willpower required — Waiker makes getting up the only way to make it stop.

01

Set the stakes

Pick your time and your price: 5, 10, 15, 25 squats — or name your number. Repeat on weekdays, then lock it so midnight-you can't water it down.

02

It rings. Snooze isn't there.

At 6:30 the takeover begins. No snooze button, no tap-to-dismiss, no volume-down trick. The only way out is through.

03

Squat it silent

Prop the phone, start moving. On-device vision tracks your body and counts every rep out loud. Half reps don't count. Real ones do.

Win the morning

The alarm dies, your streak grows. You're standing, heart pumping, ninety seconds into the day and already winning it.

Try it now

Do one rep. Right here.

This is the exact mechanic that gets you out of bed: hold to squat down, release to stand. Three reps kills the alarm.

FAQ

Good questions.

Do I really have to do squats to turn it off?

Yes — that's the point. The alarm won't stop until you complete your set number of squats, so you're on your feet and moving before the noise ends. There's a hold-to-confirm emergency dismiss for genuine emergencies.

How does it count my squats?

Your iPhone's front camera detects your body position using on-device vision — the same skeleton overlay you see on this page. It all happens locally on your phone: no video is ever saved, streamed, or uploaded.

Can I choose how many reps?

Absolutely. Choose Easy (5), Normal (10), Hard (15), Beast (25), or set a custom number. Start gentle and ramp up as mornings get easier.

What if I want to snooze just once?

There's no snooze — on purpose. Snoozing is the habit Waiker is built to break. You get up, you do the reps, you start the day awake. You saw how this page opened; that button isn't real here either.
